1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Customized or special order products.

  • Clearance or sale items.

3. Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or defective product).

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per the situation.

6. No Exchange Policy
